Coating, polishing, drilling, cutting, packing, application of hot melt adhesives on profiles, oxidation and painting are just some of the work done within the plant.[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n

OXIDATION<\/h3>\n

The anodic oxidation process gives the aluminum profiles a cover of about 20 microns thickness of gold, silver or bronze.<\/p>\n

POLISHING<\/h3>\n

The brass profiles are polished to revitalize the surfaces.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

PERFORATION<\/h3>\n

Some profiles are trimmed and drilled to allow for easier and quick installing: cutting allows to pass for glue for fixing and drilling speeds up the installation of the profiles by dowels.<\/p>\n

EXTRUSION<\/h3>\n

Thanks to the collaboration with various extruders of aluminum and brass, Unydeco manages to extrude profiles of the most varied shapes and sizes even on small quantities.<\/p>\n

COATING<\/h3>\n

The profiles are covered with special abrasion-resistant pvc film (900 lap taber); for now we provied 8 wood colors (maple, cherry, light beech, dark beech, merbau, walnut, oak, wenge) and soon we will provide more other colors.<\/p>\n

HOT-MELT APPLICATION<\/h3>\n

The application on profiles of a special non-toxic and non-flammable glue makes them self-adhesive and ready for laying without screws.<\/p>\n

PACKAGING<\/h3>\n
