Technology
Unydeco applies the best technologies for processing and transforming profiles. Coating, polishing, drilling, cutting, packing, application of hot melt adhesives on profiles, oxidation and painting are just some of the work done within the plant.
OXIDATION
The anodic oxidation process gives the aluminum profiles a cover of about 20 microns thickness of gold, silver or bronze.
POLISHING
The brass profiles are polished to revitalize the surfaces.
PERFORATION
Some profiles are trimmed and drilled to allow for easier and quick installing: cutting allows to pass for glue for fixing and drilling speeds up the installation of the profiles by dowels.
EXTRUSION
Thanks to the collaboration with various extruders of aluminum and brass, Unydeco manages to extrude profiles of the most varied shapes and sizes even on small quantities.
COATING
The profiles are covered with special abrasion-resistant pvc film (900 lap taber); for now we provied 8 wood colors (maple, cherry, light beech, dark beech, merbau, walnut, oak, wenge) and soon we will provide more other colors.
HOT-MELT APPLICATION
The application on profiles of a special non-toxic and non-flammable glue makes them self-adhesive and ready for laying without screws.
PACKAGING
The application of a protective film on easy oxidant profiles and shrink-wrapping packaging guarantees the quality of the profiles until they are installed.
